Jet Vent Compressed Air Cleaners
The compressed air cleaners provide complete solutions for fast and thorough cleaning of ventilation systems, ducts, and pipes in industrial settings. Specially designed nozzles, combined with high pressure and large airflow, generate a powerful and efficient air stream that removes dust and debris quickly and safely.
The system combines brush technology with compressed air, delivering optimal cleaning, shorter working times, and significantly improved results. Advanced nozzles create a natural vacuum in front of the airflow, helping the extractor transport dust and particles directly into the filter box, ensuring a cleaner and more efficient work process.
The equipment requires connection to a compressor delivering 5.2 m³/min at 8 bar.
Tornado Nozzle
This solution includes a 25 m hose mounted on a trolley with a hose reel, a shut-off valve, and a quick coupler.
Our nozzles attach to the hose head. The set includes two rigid plastic nozzles with adjustable spray patterns for different sizes of sheet metal ventilation ducts.
It also includes an aluminum nozzle designed for ventilation ducts made of concrete. The Tornado nozzle has a hose diameter of 12mm and is suitable for ventilation ducts sizes 80–300 mm.
Rotating Brush Nozzle
This solution includes a 25 m hose mounted on a trolley with a hose reel, a shut-off valve, and a quick coupler.
The system comes with two stainless steel wire brushes and two nylon brushes as accessories. This rotating brush nozzle features a drive mechanism in the nozzle head that holds the brush. Compressed air powers the drive to rotate the brush while simultaneously pulling the nozzle forward through the duct using the rearward airflow.
When the brush rotates at 15,000–20,000 RPM, friction against the duct wall causes the entire brush head to move and clean the entire inner surface of the duct. In a 300 mm duct, the nozzle head rotates approximately 300 times per minute, cleaning around 6 meters of duct per minute.
After reaching a working length of up to 25 meters, pulling the nozzle back allows the compressed air to automatically transport loosened debris to the extraction unit. The Rotating Brush Nozzle is available with a hose diameter of 12 mm, which makes it suitable for circular ducts ranging from 100–600 mm.
Rotating Whipstream Nozzle
This solution includes a 25 m hose with a shut-off valve and a quick coupler. This 1” (25 mm) compressed air nozzle is equipped with a powerful rotating WhipStream. The WhipStream rotates at 10,000–12,000 RPM, producing an airflow that remains effective up to 1 meter from the nozzle.
The rotating WhipStream creates a pulsating, concentrated air stream that strikes the duct wall like a whip. Some of the loosened debris is drawn into the WhipStream, acting as an additional cleaning agent and enhancing overall cleaning performance.
The WhipStream nozzle is primarily designed for vertical ducts of at least 300 mm but also works effectively in horizontal ducts. A cord can be easily attached to the front of the nozzle to pull it through the duct.
Air Gun with Hose and Nozzle
Recommended for use in smaller ducts from 80–125 mm. The set includes an 8 mm hose available in 5 or 10 meters of rigid plastic, along with two plastic nozzles for forward- or backward-directed compressed air. Recommended compressor: 250 l/min at 6 bar.
Compressed Air Cleaner Connections
