Jet Vent Duct Cleaner
Developed with over 25 years of experience in the ventilation industry, the Jet Vent combines an industrial motor in a compact, lightweight design with a specialized shaft technology, making it safe and effective for cleaning ventilation systems, ducts, and pipes.
Mobility and User-Friendliness
The motor unit is housed in a compact, lightweight transport case, making it easy to move between rooms – ideal for single-operator use. An auto-reverse system automatically changes the brush’s rotation direction, ensuring effective cleaning of both sides of the duct.
The unit operates on 230V and comes with a foot pedal, allowing the operator to control brush rotation speed with their foot while keeping both hands free to guide the brush through ventilation ducts.
Innovative Shaft Technology
The rotating shaft is the heart of the system, minimizing the risk of breakage and downtime. It features a specialized shaft with a solid steel core, a vibration-damping coating, and an antistatic outer layer.
The result is a flexible and durable shaft that can reach up to 30 meters into the duct and is suitable for both horizontal and vertical ducts, ensuring optimal cleaning of ventilation systems, pipes, and ducts.
Flexible Brush System
The brush head connects to the shaft via a special coupling, making it easy to change brushes. Each brush only requires a 50 mm access hole.
We offer a wide range of brushes in various sizes, from 60 mm to 1000 mm. They are also available in different materials such as nylon, steel, and polyethylene – depending on the type of ventilation duct and the level of contamination.
