Aquila A/S is a medium-sized Danish manufacturing company, established in 1979 with the purpose of producing specialised high-pressure washers. Since then, we have expanded our business to also manufacture machines and equipment for weed control and air duct cleaning.
The company is headquartered in Nørre Aaby, on the island of Funen, supplying a wide range of industries across Europe with our innovative products. History
1979: Aquila Technic is established in Middelfart, on the island of Funen.
1996: Current CEO Torben Andreasen is hired as workshop and production manager.
1999: Triventek is founded by the British group Hotchkiss via Icevent Technologies in Roskilde.
2001: Aquila Technic is acquired by the British company Tensid, specialised in chemicals for graffiti removal and city maintenance. Torben Andreasen becomes CEO the same year and acquires co-ownership.
2010: Triventek and Aquila merge, with Torben Andreasen remaining CEO and co-owner.
2019: Torben Andreasen takes full ownership of Aquila Triventek A/S.
2022: Production of dry ice machines, pelletisers, blasters, and recovery units is sold to Cold Jet, and the company is renamed Aquila A/S.
